1. Panaskan minyak.<br />
2. Ketuk bawang putih dan goreng hingga kekuningan.<br />
3. Masukkan potongan ayam dan udang, dan toskan minyak.<br />
4. Masukkan cili boh, sos cili, dan sos tiram. Goreng hingga naik bau.<br />
5. Masukkan 1 cawan air.<br />
6. Masukkan telur, dan biarkan hingga telur masak.<br />
7. Masukkan garam, dan gula.<br />
8. Bancuh tepung jagung dengan sedikit air, dan tuangkan ke dalam kuali.<br />
9. Masukkan sayur2ran, dan minyak bijan, kemudian biarkan sehingga mendidih.<br />
10. Masukkan mee ke dalam pinggang, kemudian tuangkan kuah yang siap dimasak tadi ke atasnya.<br />
